Thefine print

1Purpose
This sets out the terms, standards and conditions for the services Atlas Sports Limited Zambia provides to its clients, including athletes, parents, guardians and corporate partners.
2Scope
It applies to everyone enrolled in any Atlas Sports programme, including individual and group coaching, academy training, holiday camps, clinics, school programmes and outreach events.
3Services
Atlas Sports provides professional tennis coaching, multi-sport training, athlete development programmes, sports education, tournament pathways and facility use. Fees and schedules are shared before you enrol.
4Our standards
We commit to certified, experienced coaches; safe, inclusive and structured training; programmes for every skill level; and following all health and safety protocols.
5Your responsibilities
Arrive on time, wear suitable sports clothing and shoes, treat coaches, staff and other players with respect, tell us about any relevant medical conditions before you take part, and follow facility and programme rules.
6Fees and payment
Fees are paid in advance to confirm your place. Late or unpaid fees may lead to services being suspended. Fees are non-transferable unless management agrees in writing. We may revise fees with reasonable notice.
7Attendance and make-ups
Sessions missed without notice are generally forfeited. Make-up sessions are at management’s discretion. Medical absences with documentation are considered case by case.
8Cancellations and refunds
You need to give written notice to cancel. Sessions already attended, or missed without authorised notice, are not refunded.
We may reschedule sessions for weather, safety or operational reasons, and offer credits or make-up sessions where appropriate.
We may suspend or end services for misconduct, non-payment or breach of this agreement, without a refund.
9Health, safety and medical
You take part at your own risk. Report any injury or incident to a coach or staff member straight away. Parents and guardians are responsible for medical clearance for their child. Our staff cannot give medical diagnoses or treatment.
10Safeguarding and conduct
We have zero tolerance for abuse, bullying, harassment or discrimination. A serious breach may end services immediately without a refund and may be reported to the authorities.
11Liability
Atlas Sports Limited Zambia is not liable for injury, loss or damage from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. We encourage clients to have their own sports insurance.
12Complaints
Send complaints in writing to Atlas Sports management for a formal investigation. We aim to resolve them fairly and promptly. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
13Changes
We may review and amend this agreement and will tell clients about material changes. Continuing to take part after notice means you accept the revised terms.
14Acceptance
By enrolling in or taking part in any Atlas Sports programme, the client, parent or guardian confirms they have read, understood and agree to these terms.
