FAQ

Goodquestions

Who can join?

Anyone aged 4 to 80, at any level. No experience is needed for beginner programmes.

How do I start?

Book a free trial session. A coach assesses your level, then recommends a programme and times that suit you.

How do I register?

Create an account on our booking system, add each player, then book sessions or buy a package. You can also WhatsApp, call or email us and our admin team will help.

How are players grouped?

By age, skill level, playing experience and physical ability, so every session is safe and the right level.

Where are sessions held?

At our own court and clubhouse at 21 Poplar Avenue, Avondale, and at selected partner courts including Roma Park. Your venue depends on your programme and is confirmed when you book.

What should I bring?

A racket that suits your size, sports shoes with non-marking soles, comfortable sportswear and a water bottle. Beginners can borrow an academy racket, subject to availability.

Who are the coaches?

Our coaches are trained under ITF and Techni Tennis methods, so coaching follows international standards.

What if it rains?

If we cancel a session for weather, court availability or operational reasons, we reschedule it or credit it to your account.

How much does it cost?

Group sessions are K350 and private sessions K600, with monthly packages that bring the price down. See Coaching & prices for every package.

When do I pay?

Fees are paid in advance to confirm your place. Packages are bought and paid for in the booking system.

Can I get a refund?

Cancellations need written notice. Sessions already attended, or missed without notice, are not refunded. Fees are non-transferable unless management agrees in writing.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions missed without notice are usually forfeited. Tell us in advance and we will try to arrange a make-up, subject to slots. Medical absences with documentation are considered case by case.

How can I support my child?

Stay calm and positive, trust the coaches with technique, and focus on enjoyment and skills over results.

Is it safe?

Yes. Sessions are supervised by qualified coaches, equipment is checked daily, and we have zero tolerance for bullying, abuse or harassment. Please tell us about any medical conditions before your first session.

Do you help players compete?

Yes. Our performance pathway prepares players for tournaments, and we help raise sponsorship for local and international events.
